SaddleRock Ranch is a gorgeous winery wedding venue in Malibu. We have photographed at SaddleRock Ranch many times. Located near Calamigos Ranch, the venue features a unique look, offering grand views over the Malibu Wines vineyard valley. A vineyard itself Saddlerock Ranch has four distinct venues as well as a myriad of beautiful must-have photo-op locations all around the property.
Some of my favorite fairytale spots are their famous “Door that leads to nowhere” as well as their “top of the world” moments. SaddleRock Ranch also hosts 4 wedding locations all with unique features. If you’re planning a destination wedding or were born and raised in Los Angeles, this venue will take your breath away.

The Garden
The Garden at SaddleRock Ranch is one of the widest open spaces they feature. The owners of the ranch live right here at this venue. Because they live right there, many of their ranch animals live nearby and graze openly. This venue has many lush trees as well as a wide-open view of the valley. One of its coveted photo spots is photographing down its long driveway toward the sun. It’s most glorious in the golden hour and absolutely stunning!
Oak Grove
The Oak Grove is one of the most magical places to get married at SaddleRock Ranch. The ceremony space overlooks a beautiful lake and a breathtaking backdrop of the hills. This space feels so vast, yet so intimate. For the reception, the dance floor and your guests are guided to a magical location under the branches of hundreds of centennial oak trees with magical lights that hang from their branches. If you are dreaming of a magical fairytale wedding venue, this definitely should top the charts.
The Vineyard
Our most loved venue is the Vineyard. This space is set on the top of one of the ranch’s hills. With a 360-degree panoramic view, the view overlooks the entire valley of vineyards, and it feels like you can even see down to the ocean. There is a unique building called the dome at the top. It’s covered in ivy and beauty. As the sun sets behind the hills, everything turns to the most glorious shades of pink and blue.
Camp Cabernet
Camp Cabernet is a cute space set at the bottom of the valley, in the middle of the vineyards. The setting is camped amongst chicly remodeled airstream trailers. The cutest way to feel like you’re having a rustic, yet chic wedding.
With SaddleRock Ranch’s unique spaces, they also offer their own wine and winery that is on the property. Saddle Rock Ranch does not disappoint. From the magical photo-op locations to the ancient Oak Tree groves, your heart will feel transported into a magical fairytale.
