A Fairytale Lakeside Wedding
When Gabby and Danny started planning their wedding, they knew they wanted something truly unique that would reflect their personalities. The rustic wedding at the lodge at Malibu Lake with plenty of nature was the perfect fit. The Lodge at Malibu Lake provided the perfect backdrop for their butterfly-inspired fairy tale wedding.
The bride’s bouquet was filled with beautiful flowers in shades of pink, sage, and white. The bridesmaids wore pink dresses and carried similar bouquets. The groomsmen wore grey suits with black ties while the groom offset himself with navy and brown.
Gabby and Danny exchanged vows outside, in front of a gorgeous forest backdrop, surrounded by family and friends. The reception was held in a beautiful lakeside building, decorated with candles and flowers. The couple ended the night with a small photo shoot under the stars.
It was a truly magical day that Gabby, Danny, and I will never forget!
The Lodge at Malibu Lake
The Lodge at Malibu Lake was the perfect venue for Gabby and Danny’s butterfly-inspired lakeside wedding. The lodge is a beautiful, rustic venue with stunning views of the lake and mountains. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the food was absolutely incredible. The lodge also has a private dock where Gabby and Danny were able to get a few incredibly breathtaking moments. It was truly a fairytale lakeside wedding at the lodge at Malibu lake!

Gabby and Danny chose a butterfly-inspired theme for their decor, using delicate white butterflies in the centerpieces and on the cake. They also placed butterflies on invitations and around their details. This created a truly magical atmosphere made their perfect for their lakeside wedding a fairytale.

As a photographer, I feel incredibly lucky to have been able to capture Gabby and Danny’s wedding day. It was an absolutely magical event, set against the stunning backdrop of The Lodge at Malibu Lake. From the moment I arrived, I could tell that this was going to be a truly special day
Gabby and Danny are such a lovely couple, and it was so evident in the way they interacted with each other and their guests. They were constantly smiling and laughing, and their love for each other just radiated through every single frame.
One of my favorite moments from the day was during their first dance. As they swayed in a deeply loving embrace around the dance floor, surrounded by all of their loved ones, it looked like they were in their own little world. It was just so beautiful to witness.
Overall, it was an honor to document Gabby and Danny’s fairy tale wedding day. Their love for each other is so pure and true, and I’m so grateful to have been able to capture those memories for them!
